For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. Matt. 11:30.Calm is a state of tranquilly: peaceful, quiet, serene, still, tranquil, and untroubled. Through the person of the Holy Spirit, Jesus calms our hearts and gives us peace in the midst of trying and difficult circumstances.
